Are metal sheds value for money? What can I use a metal shed for?
Generally metal garden sheds offer long lasting quality with multiple-year guarantees, are rot-proof and often boast higher security levels.

We also have specialised metal sheds for various specific purposes like metal garage sheds, metal tool storage sheds, lawn mower stores, and small garages for bicycles, mopeds and motorbikes, surfboards, etc.

Ordering a Shed

When will my order be processed?
Usually same day, or next working day if placed in the evening, weekend or a bank holiday.

Will a confirmation be issued for an online order?
Yes, an email confirmation is sent, followed by an email sales invoice upon processing.

Will a confirmation be issued for a telephone or mail order?
Yes again, an email sales invoice is issued upon processing.

Will VAT be added to an order at the checkout?
No, our prices include VAT. We do not add any further charges to our pricing.

So nothing to add to the prices shown then?
Typically no, as VAT and standard delivery are included as shown upon each product detail page. Distant locations or premium services may however be chargeable.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted for secure online orders?
Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal.

What payment methods are accepted for mail orders?
Cheque, made payable to Faulkner Sheds Limited.

Delivery

Delivery is free within 50 miles of Mullingar. If you are outside of this, please phone or email before placing your order and we will give you a fixed price for delivery.

Can a weekend delivery be accommodated?
Usually yes, Contact us if a problem.

Can a delivery time slot be agreed?
Ask when being contacted with delivery date.

Does someone need to sign for the product on delivery?
Ideally yes, to ensure the product is correct, in good condition and acceptable.

Something is broken or missing? Please contact us within 7 days if there is any problem with your shed/unit as we pride ourselves on an excellent aftercare service for customers.
